ASCOG Area Agency on Aging is announcing the availability of request for proposal packets for funding to provide services under Title III of the Older Americans Act in Caddo, Comanche, Cotton, Grady, Jefferson, McClain, Stephens and Tillman Counties. Proposal packets and service specifications are available at this link.
Services funded include chore services, caregiver services and grandparents raising relative children services. Funding provided by the US Administration on Community Living, The Oklahoma Department of Human Services & ASCOG AAA.
All prospective grantees must attend a proposers’ conference at 10:00 a.m., March 14, 2018 at the ASCOG Conference Room, 802 W Main, Duncan. ASCOG is ADA accessible.
The RFP application submittal deadline is May 1, 2018 at noon.
